J & H Printing Solutions Installs Two Flexo Presses At Etimex in Mexico

January 23, 2007, Pewaukee, WI - J & H Printing Solutions, Inc. has finished the installation of two (2) JH1300 13” wide Narrow Web flexographic printing presses at Etimex, of Monterrey, Mexico. Etimex has been a leading supplier of labels and tickets in Mexico since 1972. J & H is a supplier of flexographic printing presses and other converting equipment manufactured in China.

One of the presses installed at Etimex is an 8 color flexographic printing press capable of printing on thin gauge film (to 18 microns). The other press is a 6 color press that has been specified for use with pressure sensitive substrates. Both presses are 13” presses.

“The addition of the two JH 1300 presses gives us a new dimension of quality, versatility, and productivity”, said Jorge Martinez, CEO of Etimex. “We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the JH machines. The exceptional value that the machines represent, lead us to the decision to purchase, not only the one press we were planning on buying, but a second press as well. We have a large base of American and European Machines. After careful review of the price and quality relationship of the J&H machines relative to the American and European machines, the decision to form this new partnership with J & H became obvious and clear”.

“The installation also went great. Wayne Huang, J & H CEO, supervised the installation himself. The presses were installed in a couple of days, then the focus quickly turned to training. My operators commented on how user friendly the machines are, and were running production jobs right away” Mr. Martinez went on to say.

J & H To Have 8 Color JH 1300 Press Running at CMM

February 21, 2007, Pewaukee, WI - J & H Printing Solutions, Inc. is a private label distributor of flexographic printing and converting equipment that is manufactured for in China.

The press will be outfitted to run labels, but also has the capability to run film and thin gauge board stock. Additionally the press will have a corona treater, cold foil stamping station, 2 rotary die stations, a slitter, a sheeter, and a shingling conveyor.

J & H has installed one eight color JH 1000 ten inch flexo press at Quality Label and Nameplate in Stockton, CA. The company has also installed an eight color JH 1300 thirteen inch flexo press at LabelTek, Inc. in Yorkville, IL.

October 30, 2007, Pewaukee, WI - J & H Printing Solutions, Inc., a distributor of printing and converting equipment, has sold and recently installed a 43 inch in-line flexo press at M-Press Packaging located in Redmond Oregon. The machine is outfitted with 3 color stations, 60 inch un-winds and re-winds, and is specified for folding carton material.

J & H Printing Solutions Establishes J & H Latin America

January 4, 2008, Pewaukee, WI - J & H Printing Solutions, Inc., a distributor of narrow web and wide web flexographic printing and converting equipment, announces the opening of J & H Latin America.

Effective immediately, Hiram Garcia will assume the responsibility of Managing Director of the new venture with offices located in Monterrey, NL, Mexico. Hiram possesses a strong production background with extensive experience in both pre-press and printing. This coupled with his formal engineering and management training gives him instant credibility with virtually any potential customer. Having evaluated flexo related investment projects totaling more than 5 million dollars himself, Hiram knows the competitive environment that he will be entering and is very confident. “By far, there is no comparative value in the market today” Hiram said, referring to the J & H product line of presses.

Hiram will be charged with the task of introducing the J & H product line to the Latin American market, and also overseeing after sales service.

“We have installed two presses in Mexico already” said Mat Jones, President of J & H, “and we are anxious to take advantage of those hugely successful installations. Our first goal is to make the Latin American market aware of our products.
